Most clients train with me 1 to 3 times per week, depending on their goals and schedule.
For the best strength and body-composition results, I generally recommend training four times per week through a combination of personal training, Lively Fit app workouts, or independent workouts.
For runners and HYROX athletes, the ideal plan may include three strength sessions and three to four runs per week, adjusted to your experience, training phase and recovery needs.
